Among the tragic victims were Wigwe’s wife, Doreen Chizoba Wigwe, and his son, Chizi Wigwe, born in January 1995.
Also lost in the accident were former Nigerian Exchange Group Plc Chairman Abimbola Ogunbanjo and two crew members.
The passengers were on their way from Palm Springs International Airport to Boulder City, Nevada, aboard a charter flight operated by Orbic Air.
Their destination was Las Vegas, where they planned to attend the National Football League championship game, Super Bowl LVIII, scheduled for that Sunday.
